Virtual Cardboard Boat Regatta Online
This year the Bayfront Maritime Center's 10th annual Cardboard Boat Regatta is a collaboration with the Blasco Erie County Public Library!
Build a model boat for the regatta, drop it off, and then watch the races online.
BMC's responsibility to have fun safely can't stop one of Erie's great summer traditions! So gather up the kids, invite some friends, design and build your model boat, and join the fun!
- Tune in at 11 AM Saturday, September 5th on BMC’s facebook page for the event!
- Model boats can be dropped off at any library location between Wednesday, August 26th through Friday August 28th. If submitting your model to a branch location, please securely package your submission for safe transport. All items will be sent to Blasco Library where the race will occur. Library is not responsible for damage to boats in transit.
- Paper registration forms are available on the drop off table in Blasco by the reference desk for those who need one.
