History at the Erie Art Museum! In-Person
Join us for an enriching experience during Hist-Erie Week, as the Erie Art Museum collaborates with the Blasco Library to offer a special event. On Friday, June 9th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, our knowledgeable docents will be available to guide visitors through our captivating artworks and exhibits, while also delving into the rich history of our Museum.
Did you know that the Erie Art Museum originated as a small club at the Blasco Library? Discover the story behind our evolution and how passionate collaboration led us to become a platform for local creatives to express their ideas and life journeys. Through visual arts, these brave individuals share much more than just pictures, laying bare the most intimate parts of their lives.
