Join us at the library for a free pre-purchase home buying workshop hosted by St. Martin's Center.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THIS CLASS:
- FICO score between 580 and 680
- Ready to purchase within 3-6 months
This event will take place at a library branch to be announced. Presenters from St. Martin's Center will be Zooming in, but attendance for this class is in-person only. Computer skills are not required to attend this class.
Registration is required to reserve your seat. It is recommended but not required that you include your contact information when you register.
St. Martin's Center provides quality counseling and education for those interested in homeownership or improving their financial state. Their program is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and their staff are trained by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
