Karen will guide you through the process of making your own Dorset Button. The beautiful red and white button makes a great ornament or gift.

In this class, we will be making a red and white holiday ornament using techniques used in making both Dorset buttons and Zwirnknopf buttons. Zwirnknöpf buttons have been made in Eastern Europe for hundreds of years, and Dorset buttons have been made in England since at least 1622.  It is very easy to  build on the basic techniques to make exquisite designs. Please join us to explore these amazing buttons!
