Need computer or internet help? Come to our Tech Help Open Hours for free one-on-one assistance from a digital coach!

A Digital Coach can help you:

• Learn to use a computer.
• Use the internet to stay connected to family.
• Learn to do things online like pay bills or shop for groceries.
• Set up and use an email account.
• Find low-cost internet offers in your area
• and much more!

Visit the Blasco Library on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to attend. Registration is not required. Assistance will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis. Tech Help Open Hours are located in Room 216, on the 2nd floor of the Blasco Library near the Internet Lab. If you are able, please bring the computer, smartphone, or other device you need assistance with. If you can't bring your own device, laptops will be available for in-house use only during your time with the digital coach.
