Homeschool Happy Hour: Basics of sewing In-Person

Registration is required. Open to children of all ages. Recommended for age for the craft is ages 6-15
Join us at the Lincoln Branch Library for another fun Homeschool Happy Hour. This month's topic is the basics of sewing, but with a fun twist. Learn a running stitch, whipstitch, blanket stitch and how to sew a button. Using these stitches, each participant will walk away with a fantastic sampler art piece to hang at home. Younger children will have lacing activities available while children with developed fine motor skills will be given a tapestry needle. Children will need support from their grownup during this program.
