We're rolling into Harborcreek, Huskies! Come visit the Bookmobile at rotating Harborcreek Elementary Schools all summer long.

All readers (not just those attending Harborcreek SD Schools) are invited to visit the Bookmobile and engage in summer reading activities. Visit with ECPL staff and favorite local librarian, Mr. Young, for a morning of reading and library fun! Special programs will be listed by date on events.erielibrary.org, and announced on Harborcreek school facebook pages.

Bookmobile visit schedule:

June 10 @ Clark Elementary- Camping! Bring your blanket as we camp out in front of the school for stories, stained glass lantern craft, and solar smores!

June 24th @ Klein Elementary- How does your garden grow? Explore what's blooming in new stories, plant a seed to take home, and race your competitor in the Dirt Worm Derby! Bring your own earthworm or borrow one of ours.

July 1st @ Rolling Ridge Elementary- All American Summer! Bring your beach towel and shades for our summertime stories, crafts, and water mister.

July 25 @ Clark Elementary- It's a Pollinator Party! Learn about our favorite pollinators with storytime, crafts, and a nature hike. (This event was rescheduled from 7/15)

August 5th @ Klein Elementary- Houston, we're going to Space! Gear up for intergalactic fun as we read space themed stories and mix up solar slime.

August 19th @ Rolling Ridge Elementary- This visit collaborates with the Harbor Creek School District Food Services team as we present Farm-to-Table! Learn more about the journey your food takes on it's way to the cafeteria and enjoy storytime with some farm friends.

What can you do on the Bookmobile? Register for a library card, request a specific item for delivery, browse the onboard collection, print out documents, use the free wi-fi, access computers, chat with staff, and check-out regular library items.
