Teen Mental Health First Aid In-Person

Learn to be a mental health champion! Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) is like a crash course in understanding mental health for teens.

tMHFA covers the essential skills of recognizing signs of mental health issues in young people, knowing when and how to seek help from a trusted adult and how to initiate mental health conversations.

Course and materials provided by NAMI ( National Alliance on Mental Illness). Participants must attend all three sessions and will receive a certificate upon completion. Free. Ages 14-18 years old, grades 9-12. Registration required.
