Opioid Reading Group In-Person

Come and learn about the evolution of the opioid crisis by discussing an award-winning book!

As part of ECPL’s “Opioid Education Series,” we will be reading Empire of Pain by Patrick Radden Keefe. The Sackler family made a fortune in pharmaceuticals including OxyContin. Read about their Machiavellian history and discuss it at the meeting.  Registered participants will receive a free copy of the book to keep! After registering, stop in at the Millcreek Branch Library to pick up your book.
