Art 4 Wellness: Slow Doodles In-Person
If you are looking to weave together your creative passion and mental wellbeing, then try the Art 4 Wellness program!
When was the last time you doodled? Did you know it can help quiet a busy mind? In this program, we will explore doodling from simple lines to adding flourishes and embellishments. We'll discuss tips on how to incorporate more creative practices like this into a busy lifestyle. All materials provided, but you're welcome to bring your favorite visual journal, background paper, and pens.
Registration is required for this free program.
This program is led by Dr. Sheila Lorenzo de la Peña of PennWest University (Se habla español).
