Ask Me Anything Intellectual Property Online
Struggling with intellectual property questions? The Library can help!
Navigating copyright, patents, and trademarks can be difficult. This lively discussion group includes local intellectual property (IP) attorney Jonathan D'Silva, a librarian, and monthly patrons who all contribute to help you better understand IP. The program takes place on Zoom and spots are limited.
Please register at events.erielibrary.org to reserve your seat.
Can't make it to the program? Check out the book Patent, Copyright, and Trademark.
Jonathan D'Silva is an Associate Clinical Professor of Law at the Penn State Dickinson Law School where he is the Director of the Intellectual Property Clinic that is housed at the Happy Valley Launch Box in State College, PA. He also manages the Pennsylvania Patent Pro Bono Program for the US Patent and Trademark Office. He is also the Manager and Owner of the intellectual property boutique law firm MMI Intellectual Property in Erie, PA.
Looking for more business help? Check out our business programming on the fourth or third Wednesday night of the month. As an important part of the NWPA Innovation Beehive Network, the Library will help you along your way to starting a business or helping with your existing business. Then we'll introduce you to another node in the Beehive Network to help you succeed even more.
