Creating Your Business Plan

Creating Your Business Plan In-Person

Sure, you've got the million-dollar idea, but do you have a plan? A Business Plan that is.

This interactive class will walk you through the steps to create a business plan and give you takeaways that can help you with other business ideas when the time comes.

Can't make the class? Check out The Small Business Start-Up Kit

Rachel Stevenson is the business librarian at the Erie County Public Library and a former small business owner. She teaches a variety of classes on business for unrealized entrepreneurs.

Looking for more business help? Check out our business programming on the fourth or third Wednesday night of the month. As an important part of the NWPA Innovation Beehive Network, the Library will help you along your way to starting a business or helping with your existing business. Then we'll introduce you to another node in the Beehive Network to help you succeed even more.
