Art-4-Wellness Open Studio! In-Person
Join Dr. Sheila Lorenzo de la Peña for this open studio experience.
Come to a laid-back creative space where you can try a variety of art medias and techniques. Bring your visual journal or altered book to work on. Don't have a sketchbook or visual journal? No worries! We will provide materials and conversation on using art practices for wellness. Find yourself in a creative hump? Come and get a boost to find your new flow.
Registration Required. Limit 10. Open to Adults. Hablo Español.
