Plant a Succulent In-Person
Come plant a free succulent, then cut and engrave a wooden label for it on the Glowforge. We'll provide the dirt, the plant, and a biodegradable pot to put it in. Afterward, we'll help you engrave a custom message onto a wooden houseplant stake. Be prepared to get your hands a little dirty!
Register for this class to reserve your succulent, then drop in at the Idea Lab any time between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to participate. Please reserve a seat for every person who would like a succulent. This class is free, and all supplies are provided. All ages welcome.
This program is made possible through a partnership with Neighborhood Forest. Erie County Public Library is one of just 29 plant recipients nationwide to participate in the succulent giveaway. Stay tuned for our annual Neighborhood Forest Tree Giveaway in April.
