Maker in Residence - Fingerloop Braiding In-Person
Discover the art of fingerloop braiding, a historic technique used to create beautiful decorative cords and laces. In this hands-on class, you'll learn the basics of loop manipulation, simple patterns, and how to create your own braided cords using just your fingers and thread. Perfect for beginners, this class requires no prior experience—just a willingness to try something new!
Free. Registration required. Ages 11 to adult. If you think that you will need extra assistance to complete this project, please bring a support person with you to class.
