This Event is cancelled.  Please keep an eye on our calendar for a potential reschedule

Have you ever paused a Hitchcock film at just the right moment, only to see that the movie scene is also a famous painting? Director Alfred Hitchcock not only had cameos in most of his films; he also recreated famous artwork from the 20th century as movie scenes in them. Come hear librarian Rachel Stevenson discuss Hitchcock's use of art and show you where you can find the artwork in his films. Then on Saturday, June 28 watch "Rear Window" on the Big Screen in the Hirt and see if you can find the art cameos!
