Managing Stress

Managing Stress In-Person

Stress: We all experience it. What can we do about it?

In this class, we’ll talk about four steps that can help manage stress: identifying early warning signs, identifying personal sources of stress, accepting what you cannot change, and taking action. We’ll also explore tools to use to help reduce stress and change negative self-talk to positive self-talk.
