Dorset Buttons In-Person
Join artist and historian Karen S. and learn about the history and making of a Dorset buttons. A Dorset button is a style of a handcrafted button that originated in the English county of Dorset. Karen will guide you through the process of making your own Dorset button using yarn. Finished Dorset buttons makes a great pins, necklaces, or decorations.
Free. Registration is required. Ages 13 to adult. Class will take place in the Blasco Library's Community Classroom. If you think you will need additional help with this project, please bring a support person with you to this class.
