About the presenter: Dr. Camille Dempsey is the Director of the Pennwest Center for Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies, and an Associate Professor. Her research focuses on the ways society is connecting, exploring, and communicating through contemporary technologies, as well as how they restructure human consciousness and mediate presence and connection. Dr. Dempsey is an award-winning scholar and has presented widely at local, regional, state, national, and international conferences.
