Eat Smart, Live Strong In-Person

Step into better health—one tasty bite and refreshing walk at a time—with this fun, interactive wellness program designed for adults ages 60–74 looking to build healthy habits, stay active, and connect with others.

Together, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to eat well, move more, and live stronger. Plus, participants receive fun wellness incentives just for joining in!

Each session includes:

  • A short, engaging lesson on smart nutrition and healthy living
  • A delicious, healthy food tasting
  • Light physical activity followed by a group walk (weather permitting)

So grab your walking shoes, hat, and sunscreen—and come enjoy good food, fresh air, and great conversation. Whether you're looking to boost your health or simply want a fun, social way to stay active, this program is for you!

Program runs for four Tuesdays in July.
For the best experience, participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
