Art4Wellness: Playful Typography In-Person
Let's play with letters! Any letters can be used, whether they're cursive, calligraphy, or block letters. We'll be using watercolor, ink, and markers to slow down and connect with our breath as we focus on the physical actions and repetitive movements needed. We will be challenging perfectionism and leaning into curiosity. Participants are welcome to bring one brief quote or motto for practice.
