Art4Wellness:Painterly Puddles In-Person
We'll use color washes and stains (from assorted sources such as tea, coffee, or plants) to create simple, playful compositions through repetition and layers. Focus on breath and being gentle with ourselves as we explore this slow practice. No painting skills necessary.
