Need help with a computer, cellphone, or personal device? Come to our Tech Help Open Hours for free one-on-one assistance from a digital coach!

A digital coach can help you:

• Learn to use a computer.
• Use the internet to stay connected to family.
• Learn to do things online like pay bills or shop for groceries.
• Set up and use an email account.
• Find low-cost internet offers in your area
• and much more!

Visit the Iroquois Library on Wednesdays, Sept. 3&10, and Thursdays, Sept. 4&11, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m for Tech Help. If you are able, please bring the computer, smartphone, or other device you need assistance with. If you can't bring your own device, a laptop will be available for in-house use only during your time with the digital coach.

Registration is not required, but you can use the link above to schedule an appointment if you want to guarantee your spot. For drop-ins, assistance will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis.

This service is provided by Tech2Elevate in partnership with the Erie County Public Library.
