Book Buddies Breakfast Club - October Breakfast In-Person
Are you practicing your reading? Are you a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grader? Great news! You can join Blasco Library’s new Book Buddies Breakfast Club!
At the beginning of the month, club members are invited to stop by the children’s library to adopt their own Book Buddy plush keychain. Your buddy is yours to keep! Clip it to your backpack, tuck it under your pillow, and take it on all your adventures - especially your reading adventures! Read aloud to your buddy throughout the month and keep track with a handy calendar. At the end of the month, bring your buddy to the library to collect achievement pins and enjoy a special breakfast and fun activities.
October's Book Buddies Breakfast will be held on Saturday, November 1st. Book Buddies should be picked up between Friday, September 26th and Wednesday, October 1st so you can read throughout the month before our breakfast! Please register if you would like to get a buddy, track your reading, and attend the celebratory breakfast with us.
