Did you know many folks aren't eating enough of the grains and whole grains they need each day to stay healthy? This lesson will teach you more about whole grains and why they're good for your health. We'll cover whole grains and how much to eat, how to estimate a serving size, and read a nutrition label to make sure you're getting whole grain and fiber.
