Seniors Eating Well: Fitness Fun In-Person

This series of short lessons is designed with the interests and needs of older adults in mind. Developed in collaboration with seniors themselves, these classes are engaging, tasty, and fun. Whether you're looking to explore new topics, revisit familiar ones in a fresh way, or simply enjoy a fun and social learning experience, this series has something for you! Pick and chose the classes you want or come to the whole series.

This lesson will provide information about the benefits of physical activity and the importance of good hydration. You'll brainstorm ways to increase physical activity safely and try one or more new ways to improve hydration.
