Just Say Yes! Beans In-Person

Join us for a series designed to help build healthy habits that stick! These quick, fun, and totally doable programs make eating well and making smart health choices easier than ever. Whether you're cooking for one, navigating a busy schedule, or just looking to feel better day to day, you'll find practical tips and hands-on activities focused a healthier you. This class will be about the benefits of adding beans, a nutritious high fiber food, to your diet.  You will learn new ways to incorporate beans into your meal planning and how to use both canned and dried beans properly.
