Wool Felted Bar Soap In-Person
Come join local maker Lauren P. and learn how to make a wet felted bar soap project - no needles required! Choose from a selection of colorful dyed wool, then prepare and arrange the wool to create a pattern. Next, use your hands to rub the wool onto your bar of soap until it mats together into a felted design. When class is finished, take your project home and use it as you would any other bar of soap.
Free. Registration is required. All materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring a bar of soap from home if you prefer. Ages 11 to adult. If you think you'll need extra help to complete this project, please bring a support person with you to this class.
This class will take place in the Iroquois branch library's Community Room.
