Read & Roll: Master Of One In-Person
Love books? Curious about tabletop games? Join our Read & Roll Book Club, where we dive into a new book each month and bring its world to life through a short, beginner-friendly game session!
How it works:
- Read a book (announced each month)
- Discuss the book with fellow fans
- Play a quick role playing game or board game related to the book!
Whether you're a bookworm, a dice-roller, or just looking for a creative way to unwind, this club is for you! This book club is for adults. Ages 18 and up. Registration required. Books available for pick up at the Blasco Library starting on Dec. 15th.
For this session we will be reading Master Of One and playing Four Doors
Book Synopsis: Sinister sorcery. Gallows humor. A queer romance. Rags is a thief—an excellent one. He's stolen into noble's coffers, picked soldier's pockets, and even liberated a ring or two off the fingers of passersby. Until he's caught by the Queensguard and forced to find an ancient fae relic for a sadistic royal sorcerer. But Rags could never have guessed this "relic" would actually be a fae himself—a distractingly handsome, annoyingly perfect, ancient fae prince called Shining Talon. Good thing Rags can think on his toes, because things just get stranger from there...
