Read & Roll: The Collectors

Read & Roll: The Collectors In-Person

Love books? Curious about tabletop games? Join our Read & Roll Book Club, where we dive into a new book each month and bring its world to life through a short, beginner-friendly game session!

How it works:

  • Read a book (announced each month)
  • Discuss the book with fellow fans
  • Play a quick role playing game or board game related to the book!

Whether you're a bookworm, a dice-roller, or just looking for a creative way to unwind, this club is for you! This book club is for adults. Ages 18 and up. Registration required.

For this session we will be reading The Collectors and playing two games - Art Society and My Shelfie

Book Synopsis: An anthology of stories about remarkable people and their strange and surprising collections. From David Levithan’s story about a non-binary kid collecting pieces of other people’s collections to Jenny Torres Sanchez's tale of a girl gathering types of fire while trying not to get burned to G. Neri's piece about 1970's skaters seeking opportunities to go vertical—anything can be collected and in the hands of these award-winning and bestselling authors, any collection can tell a story.
