Early Reader Book Club: Elephant & Piggy In-Person
This book club is designed to introduce beginning readers to awesome books. This program does not teach how to read, but instead is designed to excite kids about books and reading.
After we read part or all of the book then we will have fun with some activities and/or art that is inspired by the book. We want to excite and inspire children to take the book home and read, read, read!! This month we will read an Elephant and Piggie book, "I am Going!" by Mo Willems. The book has short sentences, familiar words, and simple concepts for children eager to read on their own.
Designed for K through 2nd grade (ages 5-8) with an adult. Books will be provided the night of the club.
