Diorama Art Contest In-Person

What do toilet paper rolls, yogurt cups, and bottle caps have in common? They can all be turned into art! Join us at the Iroquois Branch Library to participate in our diorama art contest and learn about how we can reduce our environmental impact by upcycling trash instead of throwing it out! We will provide boxes and some art supplies to get you started before you turn them in.

The theme for this year is Founding Stories: An America250 Celebration —  our Summer Library Program!

Registration is required to participate in the contest. This event is on Saturday, June 13th, and dioramas will need to be returned by Tuesday, June 30th. Dioramas will be displayed in the Iroquois display case through July, and patrons can vote for their favorite until July 30th.

This event is open to ages 4-13. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
