Art for Wellness: Intuitive Visual Journaling In-Person

Let’s sink into a visual conversation with our intuition. Using paints and other water-based media, we’ll play with layers, coax our muse, and lean-into our awareness of self. Visual journaling is the practice of using images to process the lived experience. In true studio style, we’ll have an assortment of materials to work with; come as you are. You may bring your sketchbook or altered book for expanded options.
