Spinechillers: The Witching Hour In-Person
Ages 8-12.
Calling all young horror fans! Do you like stories that give you goosebumps? Learn about the creepiest books on the library shelves. Each meeting will introduce some scary stories with themed snacks and activities. Copies of featured books will be available to check out or place on hold.

January 24th: Paranormal Problems
Learn about some haunting chapter books, decorate graveyard cupcakes, and make a ghostly mirror.
February 21st: Creepy Dolls
Did that doll just move? Explore some books about scary dolls before making your own and enjoying (surviving?) a tea party with it.
March 28th: Creature Feature
Check out some books about monsters, zombies, and creatures that go bump in the night. Then, snack on some jello brains while you make monster slime.
April 18th: The Witching Hour
These books will cast a spell on you! Hear about some darkly magical reads and play a witch-themed escape room game.
