Bully Prevention Seminar In-Person

This seminar will teach your child several ways to handle an uncomfortable situation when approached by a bully or stranger. These basic lessons repeated over time will help your child gain confidence, awareness, and basic self-defense skills to protect themselves against these situations. During this lesson the students will not learn kicks or strikes but will learn a few other movements to keep them safe.
