Reoccurring: The First Two Saturdays of Every Month
 

Join Jim Pochedly, a certified transcendental meditation (TM) teacher, for gentle yoga poses with a focus on meditation. Learn techniques that will help you reduce stress, control anxiety, lengthen your attention span, and improve your overall emotional health.


Please bring a mat or a blanket. Drop-ins are welcome.         

Limit of 8 Per Session.
Prior Yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary.
