Let's Talk About It

Let's Talk About It In-Person

The “Let’s Talk About It” campaign is all about helping to connect young people and their supporters to the tools they may need to identify mental health challenges. This way the steps toward recovery can be made sooner.

Peer support can help lessen the stigma associated with mental illnesses. The following topics and more will be discussed: mental health facts, current statistics of children and teens who face mental health challenges, the negative effects of mental illnesses that go untreated, common warning signs and symptoms of mental illnesses, and testimonials from people who’ve gone through these experiences.

Attendees of all ages will also receive a free resource bag.
