Grab a mat or a blanket and join us for yoga from the comfort of home!  Jim Pochedly, a certified transcendental meditation (TM) teacher, will lead you through gentle yoga poses with a focus on meditation. Learn techniques that will help you reduce stress, control anxiety, lengthen your attention span, and improve your overall emotional health.

Prior Yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary.
