Talking About Grief and Depression Online
Join Margaret Simms, Certified Peer and Recovery Specialist, Library Peer Navigator, Shirley Ruth French, Certified Peer Specialist, Library Peer Navigator, Aubrey Hohman, Certified Peer Specialist, Peer Support, Katie Schaaf, Certified Peer Specialist, Peer Support, and Rachel Stevenson, Librarian as they talk about their experiences with grief and depression. They will discuss techniques and coping strategies that helped them and there will be time for questions. This will be done via Facebook Live. No registration required.
Then join the Idea Lab on Monday, February 8 at 6 PM as they teach you how to create a photo collage so you can remember loved ones or create a collage of memories from happy times to help in your healing process. This class does not require registration.
You do not have to attend both programs to participate.
