Heritage Arts: Indigenous American Leaf Printing In-Person
Create a wearable or displayable piece of art using techniques adapted from several Indigenous American cultures to transfer natural pigment from freshly harvested leaves onto cotton fabric.
This workshop will include a short walk through the nearby neighborhood to collect fresh leaves.
BYOH (Bring Your Own Hammer). If you register for this class, but don’t have access to a hammer, please call Iroquois Branch Manager Jessica at 814-451-7097 to make arrangements to borrow one.
