DESCRIPTION:Join us at the library for a free pre-purchase home buying 
 workshop hosted by St. Martin's Center.\n\nPRE-REQUISITES FOR THIS CLASS: 
 \n\n\n	FICO score between 580 and 680\n	Ready to purchase within 3-6 
 months\n\n\nThis event will take place in the Blasco Library's Community 
 Classroom\, located on the ground floor near the reference desk. Presenters 
 from St. Martin's Center will be Zooming in virtually\, but attendance for 
 this class is in-person only. Computer skills are not required to attend 
 this class.\n\nRegistration is required to reserve your seat. It is 
 recommended but not required that you include your contact information when 
 you register.\n\nThis is a 4 hour class\, so participants are encouraged to 
 bring a packed meal to eat. Light snacks will be available.\n\nSt. Martin's 
 Center provides quality counseling and education for those interested in 
 homeownership or improving their financial state. Their program is 
 certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and 
 their staff are trained by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
