DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Blasco Library for a financial wellness class 
 hosted by St. Martin's Center. This free workshop provides information and 
 tools for tracking and managing expenses. Topics include basic personal 
 finance concepts\, budget\, money management\, prioritization of bills\, 
 saving\, increasing income\, and decreasing spending.\n\nThis event will 
 take place in the Blasco Library's Community Classroom (located near the 
 information desk on the ground floor). Presenters from St. Martin's Center 
 will be joining us virtually\, but attendance for this class is in-person 
 only. Computer skills are not necessary to attend this 
 class.\n\nRegistration is required to reserve your seat. It is recommended 
 but not required that you include your contact information when you 
 register.\n\nSt. Martin's Center provides quality counseling and education 
 for those interested in homeownership or improving their financial state. 
 Their program is certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban 
 Development (HUD) and their staff are trained by the Pennsylvania Housing 
 Finance Agency (PHFA).\n\nCall 814-452-6113 x 206 for financial and home 
 buying counseling from St. Martin's.
