DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Blasco Library for a free virtual pre-purchase 
 homebuying workshop hosted by St. Martin's Center.\n\nLearn 
 about:\n\n\n	The role of attorneys\, inspectors and more\n	How to choose a 
 realtor\n	Various home-buying assistance programs\n	How to read all the 
 paperwork involved\n\n\nThis event will take place in the Blasco Library's 
 Community Classroom\, located on the ground floor near the reference desk. 
 Presenters from St. Martin's Center will be joining us virtually\, but 
 attendance for this class is in-person only. Computer skills are not 
 required to attend this class.\n\nRegistration is required to reserve your 
 seat. \n\nThis is a 4 hour class\, so participants are encouraged to bring 
 a packed meal to eat. Light snacks will be available.\n\nSt. Martin's 
 Center provides quality counseling and education for those interested in 
 homeownership or improving their financial state. Their program is 
 certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and 
 their staff are trained by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
