DESCRIPTION:Join local baker Vincent Bartone from Herb and Honey bakery as 
 he goes over baking with a sourdough starter. He'll explain what sourdough 
 is\, how to take care of a living culture\, troubleshooting sourdough 
 problems\, and what you can do with discard sourdough.  \n\nEach 
 participant will receive a healthy pre-packaged sourdough starter to take 
 home. This class will be held in the Blasco Memorial Library's Community 
 Classroom. Free. One per person. Registration required. Ages 18 and up.\n\n
