Study Rooms are located on the second floor of Blasco Library, on the south wall near the DVD Collection.
Rooms are available free of charge and will seat up to 5 individuals. Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in-person at any library. For larger groups, please inquire with the library's business office at library-roomreservations@eriecountypa.gov for paid rental spaces, or enjoy the library's many open seating options.
Reservations will be held for fifteen minutes past the scheduled time. Once 15 minutes have passed, the reservation will be cancelled and the room will be offered to other patrons.
ECPL’s Code of Conduct applies to the Study Rooms. Failure to comply with the policy could result in the loss of your reservation, loss of reservation privileges, or being asked to leave the Study Room.
Note: Blasco Study Rooms are both ADA accessible; Room 217 has more open floor space for maneuvering mobility devices.
