Fermentation Friday: Sauerkraut In-Person
Join Jessica at the Iroquois Branch Library for a monthly hands-on workshop exploring living food!

- Friday, February 9, 2023 @ 4:00p - Preserved Lemons
- Friday, March 8, 2023 @ 4:00p - Kombucha
- Friday, April 12, 2023 @ 4:00p - Kimchi
Registration required and limited to 10 patrons. Attendees should bring a quart-sized mason jar, a cutting board, and a knife. All other supplies will be provided.
