Lucy Ladd Stratton: Watercolorist of Presque Isle
Lucy Ladd Stratton spent her twilight years in Erie. An accomplished watercolorist, she painted over 1600 flowers around North America and Europe. Around 200 of those were the flora of Presque Isle. Enjoy some of these watercolors on loan from the Hagen History Center, along with a brochure about Lucy's life in Erie.
